Stop Child Abuse & Neglect
Scan's current projects:
-
"I Can Tell"
"I Can Tell" is SCAN's own curriculum created for K-6th grade classrooms to train students to tell a trusted adult if someone abuses or attempts to abuse them, sexually. Explore this tab to learn more about the program, to watch the videos SCAN uses, and to find out what local schools will receive "I Can Tell" training this year!
-
Stewards of Children
Each of the SCAN team members is an authorized facilitator of Stewards of Children, an adult-education program created by the non-profit, Darkness to Light. Stewards of Children empowers adults to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. Explore this tab to learn more about the program, to find SCAN's free trainings near you, or to schedule a training for your own community!
-
Resources
Through the years, SCAN has created many resources for children, adults, families, schools, and communities.
